I am an Assistant Professor of Government at Hamilton College. My research and teaching focus on protest and state capacity in Latin America. Before academia, I served as a Peace Corps volunteer in rural Honduras and worked in the Americas Program at The Carter Center. When I’m not working, you can find me playing old-time fiddle or traipsing around in the woods taking photographs.
